This painting is fundamentally unique in nature. This means that the painting is irreplicable, one-of-a kind and it cannot be regenerated bearing all its creating elements, even if we wanted to. This is bound to the intrinsic dynamics of the creative process which upon its end, is impossible to recreate the exact same design of any painting. From a single design, multiple physical paintings can be produced. The number of paintings to be physically produced is to be determined by us, the creators of the original digital design. No other individual or physical entity has the right to reproduce or sell digital nor physical copies of this painting.

Material
The paintings are made from cotton and polyester canvas composite with a special proprietary coating to make sure your painting will stay vibrant for ages. Each canvas is stretched on a wooden frame of 1.25 inches in depth. Soft rubber dots on bottom back corners are used for support which ensure that the paintings stay in place when hung.
Printing techniques
Our latest painting printing techniques provide bright and crisp colours, while we use unique canvas coating that produces the highest quality images using UL-certified Greenguard Gold colourants.
Frames
For framed paintings we use black pinewood frames that look sleek and beautiful in any interior.
Care instructions
If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.
*All paintings are ready to hang as delivered.
**Due to the production process of the canvases, please allow for slight size deviations with a tolerance ± 1/8" (3.2mm).

A vital characteristic of our lives is sustainability which
is reflected in our work. The canvases are stretched on our proprietary profile radial pine produced from wood sourced from FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council certified) renewable forests. During the packaging process, 28% less cardboard is used than the industry standard through custom boxes created with recycled materials designed to fit each product size and/or order. Specialized machinery in all facilities allows to reduce the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments. The paintings are physically generated to order which enables us to use the minimal amount of materials and reduce waste due to the avoidance of an existing stock.
Health consideration
The colourants used are non-hazardous, non-toxic, and non-flammable which reduce a variety of environmental, health, and safety concerns. The physical product maker uses UL certified colourants that are GREENGUARD GOLD based on the high air quality standards used for hospitals and schools.

We aim to fulfil any order as soon as possible, while delivery times may slightly vary based on location and seasonal demand.
For USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain shipping is fulfilled within 2- 6 business days.
Northern Europe/EFTA** and Europe shipping is fulfilled within 5-15 business days
Other international locations our shipping is fulfilled within 10 – 30 business days.
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
** Northern Europe includes Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. EFTA states includes Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland.
Customs
Please check your countries requirements and fees for customs charges before placing an order. Unfortunately, any custom delays and fees are out of our control, and we are unable to resolve any potential inquiries should any arise.
Returns Policy
Since our paintings are physically generated to order, and our avoidance of an existing stock, we cannot accept returns or cancellations following the completion of an order. For specific cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly at info@c0d3dart.com, for the potential of being able to resolve your inquiry. Please be advised that for the above reasons we cannot guarantee the successful resolution of any inquiries, but we assure you that we will do our best under the circumstances.
Damages and issues
In the case that a painting experiences damage throughout its journey or at the point of receipt any physical defects are present, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us directly immediately (within 30 days of product delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and we will do our best to resolve it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated a refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
